update on us.

A few months ago Jeff and I made a huge decision to have me quit my job and move a half an hour away from Cedar to move in with my Uncle, Aunt, and my cousins to help them out while they are going through a pretty big trial in their life. It took a lot of fasting, praying, and pro and con list, but when it came down to the end we both knew it was what the lord needed us to be doing in this point of our life.

So last month Jeff and I packed up most every thing we own and put it all into a storage unit, and then cleaned out the apartment we called home. It was heart breaking to move out because we had spent over a year in that beautiful house, and it felt like ours. But we were both excited for our new adventure.

We have now been living here for about three weeks and are enjoying being able to spend time with our family. It still is taking some adjusting, getting used to living with 9 other family members. But I am thankful for the lessons I've already learned from living here.

what a wonderful life.

So there is this pretty bad virus going around and I think I caught it, So I ended up not going into work today... So today i'm just relaxing, trying to rest and this morning and I started thinking about everything that has been happening in the past few weeks with my grandpa getting sick, and how lucky I have been to be able to live so close to him and to see him all the time. I have been so thankful to have such a great grandpa who has always been so involved in my whole life and willing to do anything for me! He is such a wonderful happy person who always makes everyone around him feel loved!! :)
I love my grandpa.

Happy Birthday Grandpa!

Getting a lap dance from his grandson, alex.

This is my very favorite memory I have with him!

He loves to bring jeff and I random food so that we don't starve :) ha ha

In N.Y.C. trying to buy a train ticket.

He thought this homeless person was so cool.

I am the only grandkid that got the same line on my pinky like his.
